  17. I certainly can't.  ddv@unix.brighton.ac.uk doesn't tell me whether
  18. you're on the Internet or not.  unix.brighton.ac.uk does not seem to
  19. have an A record, which may or may not mean anything, and most
  20. certainly doesn't mean that *you* don't have Internet access.
