- Turns out that according to DEC support, it's NSR that's hosed up.

- NSR counts the number of clients in your resource file, and compares that
- to the number of licenses. Which is fine. But it screws up and if you have
- a client in the resource file multiple times (Which I do, 1 time for /, 1
- time for user files, and 1 time for everything else), it counts each
- of those as a separate client.

- So I have 30 client NSR records, but it's really only 10 different machines,
- but NSR thinks I need 30 licenses. Stupid program anyway.

- are veddy veddy aggravating. Half tempted to go null that string out in
