- Keywords: why is it suddenly broken?

- I recently connected two Decstation 5000/200 workstations, both running
- Ultrix 4.2a, via UUCP. I used the standard UUCP provided with Ultrix.
- Everything worked fine (other than some parity errors with tip). I could
- transfer files, and mail worked.
-
- Suddenly it is broken. When I run uucico -r1 -x9 -X9 -f, it dials,
- connects, and makes it through the Shere - imesg -rmesg - Pgf -wmesg 'U'g
- sequence. Then I get errors. The output looks like this:
-
- rmesg - 'P' imsg >\020<
- Pgf\000got Pgf
- wmesg 'U'g

- What has gone wrong? Can any of you UUCP gurus give me a hint?
