- This question seems to get answered twice a week. Anyway with ISC 3.0
- on ISA machines you do NOT get more than 16 MB--it wiil not be
- recognized. On EISA machines with and IDE or EISA SCSI or other disk
- controller not limited to the first 16 MB of memory, you can get more,
- up to 512 MB, I think. But if you have an ISA SCSI board, e.g., an
- Adaptec 1542B that does DMA and doesn't have 32 bit addressing, ISC
- will recognize this, and truncate available memory to 16 MB.
