  29. The WorldBlazer normally responds to DTR drops longer than 50 milliseconds
  30. (S25=5).  If this setting has been adjusted, it's possible to make the
  31. modem ignore brief drops of DTR.  Also check that S38=0.  S38 can make
  32. the modem delay the disconnect if there's data still buffered up.

  34. Question:  When you do 'stty 0', does DTR turn off for the same amount
  35. of time as exiting, or a longer period?
