  11. This question has to do with cnews software, so may be
  12. it is more appropriate to post it to some other newsgroup,
  13. but i am not sure which one, so here it is:

  15. i have just installed cnews on the server which is our mailhost -
  16. and everything works fine. Unfortunately, i had to reinstall it
  17. on some other machine; it works ok so far - i was able to post
  18. articles to the test group; i used rsh to execute uux on the
  19. mailhost (changed sys file under /usr/lib/news);
  20.  
  21. my problem is: what happens when uunet sends batches to my mailhost?
  22. as far as i understand, rnews still must be available there, right?
  23. another words, i can not clean up my mailhost in terms of cnews
  24. software, can i?
