  15. I'm writing a C program which needs to obtain the command line
  16. arguments of other running processes. Actually, 'ps -af' does
  17. the job quite nicely, but due to other constraints, I need to
  18. incorporate that function within my program.
  19.  
  20. I've not done much system programming before. Please advise if
  21. you know how it can be achieved and the pitfalls I need to watch
  22. out.
