  28. As was noted some time before, if you send an article to 
  29. both cs.general, whose distribution area is local, 
  30. AND something more global like comp.unix.questions, 
  31. then it will appear in cs.general on all machines that
  32. accept comp.unix.questions along with (their local) cs.general, 
  33. as far as the title (demanding its appearance in cs.general) remains.
