  12. I posted this to comp.unix.ultrix and didn't get any replies, so...

  14. Is there a way to debug a forked process under Ultrix? Ultrix's dbx does
  15. not support the "-a" argument for attaching to a running process that
  16. AIX's dbx does.

  18. I have heard that xdbx is able to do this, but can't figure out how, since
  19. it takes the same debugger arguments that dbx does. GNU gdb also does not
  20. seem to support this. I also grabbed xxgdb, but it needs some library or
  21. toolkit that I do not have, so I can't compile it.

  23. There must be some way to debug a forked process under Ultrix, but I can't
  24. find it. If you know, please mail me.
