- I currently just use DOS formatted floppies on my Sun and just mount
- them as a dos partition. Then I can copy back and forth very easily.
-
- My question is:
-
- I'm sure that I can use the diskette as a native Sun partition, but
- I don't know how to format it. Then I could use tar to write to it.
- Do other people use their floppies in this manner? If so, how do
- you format the diskette? Is it easier than using the Dos method?
-
- Thanks in advance.
