- From what I see above you are looking for SysV based OS, right ? Try
- the 'gopher' server of UIUC(univ of urbana-champaign), it has a couple
- of documents under Computer_Documentation/Unix Prg Manuals/* written
- by Dennis Ritchie/Thompson which describe what you specified above.
