  23. a friend of mine who works at TFS just bumped the serial number up again
  24. at my request; if this doesn't get propagated real soon now, or the
  25. propagation doesn't take with it the info about ref,
  26. there is *definitely* a real problem, and we will start hounding the
  27. (correct) admins here.
