  14. I have the following problem:

  16. After installing Julian Elischers scsi system and building a new
  17. kernel I only get the message    "cmd fail"     (aha1542.c).
  18.  
  19. The LED of the Adaptec Hostadapter is on. When I open/close the
  20. SCSI-Streamer I miss the typical sound of a rewinding tape.
  21.  
  22. My configuration:
  23. 80486, SCSI Quantum HD, SCSI Tandberg-Stramer
  24. Patchkit (58) & keycap-0.1.1 installed
  25.  
  26. Anybody solved this problem?
