  10. I downloaded the dist.fs and used rawrite to floppy.  When I boot from
  11. the floppy it reads from the floppy for a few seconds and then 
  12. reboots the system.  No messages... No banner...  The system is a 
  13. TI4000 laptop with 4meg ram and a 60 meg partition with 486sx.  I believe
  14. the disk type is ide, but have not been able to find anything that 
  15. says one way or another.

  17. I was able to install LINUX and it uses /dev/hdax for the driver.  I
  18. would like to try BSD instead though.
