  12. Can anyone tell me how to make printable copies of the documentation in
  13. /usr/othersrc/share/doc (I think from etc distribution). The Makefiles are
  14. broken for the standard 386bsd installation, and I can't work out how to
  15. fix them (they use ditroff, dtbl etc which are not present, and have flags
  16. which troff, tbl etc don't understand).
