  32. With the A/UX file system, A/UX must "translate" files to MacOS format.

  34. If you want to speed up access (etc) to these files, change them from
  35. AppleSingle to AppleDouble (see fcnvt)...

  37. In any case, the size of A/UX _does_ cause some performance "problems"...
  38. The size of the Desktop* files can get pretty big!
