  13. I have observed that the Finder in 3.0 never picks up the correct
  14. application icon even after it has been launched. If I want icons
  15. to be reconciled with applications, I have to rebuild the desktop,
  16. which takes forever.

  18. In general, though, the system is pretty stable unless the Mac environment
  19. hangs and I have to crash out of it. Then I lose the Desktop info,
  20. as I would expect.
