  16.     Our OS is AIX 3.2.2. Our timezone should be T16-8. But we can only set
  17.   correct time in GMT timezone. If we set timezone to T16-8 (or others), the
  18.   result of the "date" always shows the timezone "T  ", which doesn't exist
  19.   in the TIMEZONEs list.

  21.     The system time is very important to me. If you know this problem, please
  22.   e-mail to me.
