  30. Well, I'm going to assume that you have an internal 8mm tape drive.  If not,
  31. you could always move the external (shutting down the system first of course -
  32. don't ever hotwire).

  34. If it is internal, then that could be moved also; it's just a little more
  35. painful.

  37. The other option is to dd each of the images off the tape and put it on either
  38. one of the systems.
