  28. APAR IX29407 (header = never in /etc/qconfig is ignored),
  29. included in PTF U407164. As of new, that PTF does not include
  30. the fix for qdaemon to stop it doing thousands of syscalls a sec yet.
  31. It does solve the banner page problem.
