  15. I am in the process of compiling NQS on the rs6000.
  16. I have run into trouble, the following is the error msg.

  18. NQS(FATAL): Unable to determine machine-id of local host.
  19. NQS(INFO):  Execution aborted.
  20. NQS(INFO):  NQS log process exiting.
  21.  
  22. I believe the problem is because i don't have the file
  23. /etc/nmap/machines
  24.  
  25. I know that machines should contain the machine-id. 
  26. How do i create this file? i looked for some options in the 
  27. makefile, but can't seem to find any.
