- You may want to watch who you insult when you post to the net. I'd
- encourage you to find a way for your company to return those tapes
- to the customers who trusted you enough to mail them in. You might
- find some of your business going to companies who employees don't
- refer to their customers as "ignorant" or consider other people's
- property to be booty to be taken home.
