  18. You may want to watch who you insult when you post to the net.  I'd
  19. encourage you to find a way for your company to return those tapes
  20. to the customers who trusted you enough to mail them in.  You might
  21. find some of your business going to companies who employees don't
  22. refer to their customers as "ignorant" or consider other people's
  23. property to be booty to be taken home.
