  11. On page 6 of Gismondi and Swart, report CIS92-D4, the first condition
  12. on unimodularity is stated incorrectly.  They write:

  14. "Each column must contain at most two non-negative elements"

  16. It should read:

  18. "Each column must contain at most two non-zero elements"
  19.  
  20. This is a harmless bug because this theorem is not used in the paper.
