  13. Help!
  14. I have been having a lot of memory problems lately.
  15. Having a mere 40 meg HD, I have recently done my best to 
  16. transfer everything I own to Floppies that does not need 
  17. to be on the drive, and zippng some files that I dont use daily.
  18. This included taking some of my window apps and even storing them on 
  19. floppies.  BUT:

  21. It didnt work!  Believe it or not, It still says I have only 385K 
  22. of memory available, in both windows and dos.
  23. it tells me 41.8M total, 385 available.
  24. yet, in doing a directory by directory manual
  25. addition of used memory, I only come up with 27.3M in use!!!
  26. What the hell happened to my other 14 megs?
  27. Any help is greatly appreciated.
