- Try to find pcomm (latest version is 2.0.2). It is a Unix clone of
- Procomm, the ubiquitous MS-DOS comm program. I use pcomm all the time
- to connect to CompuServe, Motorola BBS, etc. Pcomm has dialing
- directories, support for multiple tty ports, several upload/download
- protocols (xmodem, ymodem, kermit, etc.). It has no script language of
- its own - it can call shell scripts (csh, sh, ksh, etc.) to `chat' with
- the other end for automatic logins, etc. You cant attach a script to
- an entry in the dialing directory: pcomm will run the script after it
- has made connection to the remote end.
