- I have an external 1.2 GB disk that I wanted to connect to my
- NeXT running 3.0. It was found on boot with this message:
-
- > IBM OEM 0663L12 Rev s t as sd1 at sc0 target 3 lun 0
-
- When I tried to format it I got the following errors in my console:
- > /usr/etc/disk -i -h pipeline -l "UntitledDisk" /dev/rsd1a
- > disk name: IBM OEM 0663L12
- > disk type: fixed_rw_scsi
- > writing disk label
- > sd1: Incomplete disk transfer; bytes moved = 0x1e00, resid = 0x1c48,
- retry 1

- HELP... Any way to make it recognize this drive? Hate to think I have to
- shell out ~$2,000 for a new drive of the same capacity.
