  12. I have things set up, and things seem to work fine for files being UUCP'd _to_
  13. me.  But, today when I tried to UUCP some things to another site it wouldn't
  14. work, and I am at a loss for finding what might be wrong.  In the shell I typed
  15. the following and got these results (I was in the directory where the file
  16. TEST.out is located.)

  18. # uucp -x9 TEST.out ati06!~/

  21. UID 0, User root,Ename () PATH /
  22. file1 - TEST.out
  23. send file - 2
  24. permission denied /General/UUCP/TEST.out

  26. I was trying to send the file "TEST.out" to the remote host (that I regularly
  27. receive file from via UUCP) "ati06", I've checked permissions for the file and
  28. the path to the file that I am sending and it is o.k.  Even though it gives an
  29. error it still calls "ati06" and then logs out, but it does nothing with the
  30. file.  Where might the problem be?  I'm sure its something simple, but I don't
  31. know quite where to look.  I am running 3.0 if that makes a difference.
