  14. Since upgrading to NS 3.0, I have been having a strange and very annoying  
  15. problem when I connect to my university's mainframe using Kermit.  After  
  16. working for about 45 minutes, information sent to my screen from the remote  
  17. host becomes almost entirely garbled.  I can make out the occasional word, but  
  18. lots of letters are missing, spacing seems to change--90% unreadable.  My  
  19. outgoing data continues to be sent correctly.

  21. I have the screen buffer set to unlimited in Preferences.  I am using the most  
  22. recent NeXT version of kermit available from the archives.  I've never had a  
  23. problem like this before installing NS 3.0.
