  10. I read my news on a VM system (our NeXT SysAdmin isn't sure he can justify the
  11. cost of a newfeed to the pursestring gods). I would like to save the news
  12. articles as ASCII text and then FTP them to my NeXT account and then read them
  13. as flatfile articles, but I can't seem to set the files correctly in
  14. Preferences. Can I, in fact, use NewsGrazer without having an nntp connection?

  16. If not, is there a site (maybe Freenet?) where I can login and capture Usenet
  17. articles to something that NewsGrazer understands.

  19. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm sick of NetNews and I'm sick of reading
  20. articles in ASCII (essentially non-News) format offline.
