- Hi,
-
- I have a question about SavePanel and/or OpenPanel.
-
- I have an application where I need the user to supply the name of a log
- file. If the user wants a new file, they should be able to type in a new
- name. Later when the log is used, it will be created if needed. If the
- user chooses an existing file, then the app will append to it when it
- needs to log something.
-
- SavePanel allows me to do all I need, except for the annoying feature that
- it asks me whether I want to overwrite the existing file if I choose a
- file that already exists. My app will NOT overwrite this file at the time
- the user has to press OK (or ever really).
-
- Does anyone know a way to prevent that panel from showing up?
-
- Thanks
-
