  13. I am trying to compile gnuplot version 3.2 on a NeXT Station running
  14. NeXTStep version 3.0.  When I type "make next" I get the following
  15. error:
  16. /NextDeveloper/Headers/remote/transport.h:54: illegal keyword
  17. selector, missing `)' after `id'
  18.  
  19. line 54 in transport.h reads: 
  20. - encodeUsing:(id <NXEncoding>)portal;
  21.

  23. Does anyone know how to work around this?
