  10. Hi Folks,

  12.  I'm a relatively new NeXT user who is having BIG problems
  13.  copying files to DOS floppies for transfer to a PeeCee.
  14.  Hopefully someone can help enlighten me:

  16. 1. If files are copied to floppy, Processes panel reports
  17.    "Invalid argument". The permissions on all these files
  18.    seem to be fine (ie. r and w for me).
  19.  
  20. 2. If I try and initialize a DOS disk then everything seems
  21.    to go fine until the end when BuildDOS reports that the
  22.    disk is damaged and attempts to repair it. Sometimes the
  23.    system can then become unstable and generate Internal 
  24.    Error 10 or 11 [what do these mean ?]

  26. 3. If I try to save a WriteNow file directly onto said DOS
  27.    floppy it reports that I have insufficient privilege. I
  28.    think I do.

  30. Is this a hardware of software problem ? How is it fixed ?
