- Who said anything about silicon? The important thing is the concept and
- technique which is very old indeed. I really enjoyed it when people got
- all excited about the architecture of OS/2. I thought to myself "How
- grand! We've caught up to 1966!".

- Seriously, it is exciting when concepts and techniques enter an arena in
- which we operate and enjoy more wide-spread use. But smaller-computer
- types have long worn blinders to where the rest of the industry has been
- and felt that some technology was 'new' when it really wasn't.
