  10. Hi, I'm writing a paper in which I need to use several special characters.
  11. Several of them (runic characters, and double vowels) are in the Keyboard
  12. program, but I need to be able to print vowels with long marks.  The
  13. keyboard program has every other type of accent, but no long marks.  I
  14. know they exist, because they appear in applications like Webster's
  15. Dictionary.  Is there any way for me to access these characters?  BTW,
  16. I'm currently using NS2.2 but will be soon upgrading to NS3.0.
