  12. I'm relatively new at programming the Mac in Think C. Although I've managed
  13. a few trivial applications, one thing which would boost my programming
  14. skills is a good example of how to create my own control definition.
  15. I'm working on some ideas for a modular synth (digital audio synthesis),
  16. and among other things I need to design a keyboard control which sends
  17. MIDI note-ons and note-offs. Can anyone refer me to some source code for
  18. a CDEF?
