- if there is a multifinder unfriendly application running in the
- foreground (Pacerlink program downloading a file from the vax
- in my case), can a notification alert posted by an app in the
- background still get to the top ? assuming the background program
- can get enough cpu time to post the notification (does it ?).
- or does the alert box only pops up after the foreground program
- is done (finish downloading in my case).
