- Apple most certainly DID put in relative aliases (see the "fromFile"
- parameter to NewAlias & ResolveAlias), as well as supporting partial pathnames
- ever since HFS (when such things became valid). To move up two leves and
- then into a folder named foo, you would use "::::foo:".
