  13.      Check out IM V-236.  You find much of the data to know more
  14. about the mechanics there.  I've been through that part once or
  15. twice to build heirarchical menus.  Also be sure you're setting
  16. the options properly in resed.  It's not called "heirarchical menu"
  17. there, it calls  them 'sub-menus'.  Just be particuarly careful
  18. about your choice of resource numbers.
