  14. i have resently built a 386 33Mhz with 2 IDE Seagate drives, (which
  15. used to be on a different 386 33Mhz board).

  17. the problem is this, the hard drives won't boot if the turbo switch is
  18. on.  so if i want to boot the machine i have to drop it to 17Mhz.
  19.  
  20. even at 17Mhz, none of the norton disk utilities work!
  21.  
  22. help me find some kind of solution.  should i get a different
  23. controller or should i try a different 386 board (yes i have a spare).
