  11.     Hey folks, I need an ANSI viewer to hook up to an offline news 
  12. reader and an ANSI editor to create/edit some logon/logoff screens. Anyone
  13. out there got any recommendations? I need program names as well as site/dir
  14. locations if possible. I can't seem to find anything at WUARCHIVE as I'm
  15. not exactly sure where to look for this kind of stuff.
