  14. Some time ago I bought a Archive (it has number 40 somewhere, uses 
  15. DC2000, (40 MB) DC2120 (60 MB) tapes) streamer, which worked OK. And still 
  16. works, but..

  18. Now when I'm using it with Adaptec 1542, I get a lot of errors, lock- and 
  19. hangups, and I have even stripped all TSRs, caches and stuff off. The 
  20. program that I got with it, QICstream 1.9?? by Archive corp. is dated '89.

  22. Are the later versions of the (or some other) program available, which would 
  23. help making these backups safer?
