  15.     I just bought a new system from seperate parts, a 486SX 25MHz, and I 
  16. can't get my hard disk to work properly, for some reason it insists to run 
  17. at a transfere rate of 400K/Sec when the manual says it should be running at 
  18. nearer 1500K/Sec. What am I doing wrong? The bus speed is set correctly and 
  19. so is everything else; as far as I can tell. The drive is a samsung 120 Mb 
  20. is this the root of my problems, several people have told me there 
  21. unreliable and it was cheap. Somebody please help me.
