- You are not alone. I placed an order for a 486DX2-66 system over 2 months
- ago, and have received only progressively more distant shipping dates.
- On the rare circumstances on which I've been able to get a human being
- to answer at Zeos customer service, they can only tell me that some parts
- are not available yet. They never give a straight answer about either
- _what_ parts are not available, or when they honestly expect to ship the
- system. I find it hard to believe that a system which is being tested on
- one day is held up for parts for another month.

- In the past, I've found Zeos systems to be excellent values and customer
- service to be acceptable. Something seems to have happened to change this
- state of affairs, and I would be hard pressed to recommend Zeos again without
- an explanation (an honest, believable one) of what has happened and why it
- isn't likely to happen in the future.
