  18. You are not alone.  I placed an order for a 486DX2-66 system over 2 months
  19. ago, and have received only progressively more distant shipping dates.
  20. On the rare circumstances on which I've been able to get a human being
  21. to answer at Zeos customer service, they can only tell me that some parts
  22. are not available yet.  They never give a straight answer about either
  23. _what_ parts are not available, or when they honestly expect to ship the
  24. system.  I find it hard to believe that a system which is being tested on
  25. one day is held up for parts for another month.

  27. In the past, I've found Zeos systems to be excellent values and customer
  28. service to be acceptable.  Something seems to have happened to change this
  29. state of affairs, and I would be hard pressed to recommend Zeos again without
  30. an explanation (an honest, believable one) of what has happened and why it 
  31. isn't likely to happen in the future.
