- Hi,
- I want to upgrade my video card from 512k to 1Meg. The problem is my
- video card uses DRAM 256x4 100ns. I was told that they are not producing
- this chip anymore. My question is (are), if I were to buy DRAM 256x4
- 80ns, will they work on my card with the current DRAM 256x4 100ns? Or
- must I buy an entire 1Meg of new DRAM 256x4 80ns or 70ns replace them wit
-
- 512k of DRAM 256x4 100ns?
-
- BTW, I have a generic video card, VGA MASTER PLUS II.
-
- Any advice would be appreciated.

- Thanks in advance,
