  13. (i)  I want to replace the power supply in my computer because it makes
  14. huge amounts of noise.  I plan to buy one of the "Silencer" units
  15. from PC Power and Cooling, but I don't know how powerful a unit to
  16. buy.  The one in my system is an (I think) absurdly powerful 450
  17. watts, and the quite units seem to go only to 270 watts.  Will 270
  18. watts be enough?  I have a SCSI drive, CD-ROM, '486 motherboard.

  20. (ii) Anyone know if I can run a floptical drive from my (Adaptec 1542b) 
  21. SCSI controller?  Does the drive come with an ASPI module or would I 
  22. have to find one somewhere else?
