- I recently purchased a OEM laserprinter adn I'n need for some info
- about memory-upgrades for it.
-
- If anyone recognises the below, please emmail me. Even if you're not sure,
- I'll be VERY glad to hear from you.
-
- Specs:
- - Minolta Engine, 6 ppm
- - Called over here: 'VISA Laserprinter LSR-610/615')
- - Originally came in box with print on it: 'Laser printer'
- - 2 models: standard enhanced
- - HP-LJ II compaible x x
- - HP-GL/FX-80/Diablo 630/IBM comp. x
- - 0,5 Mb RAM x
- - 1,5 Mb RAM x
- - RS-232/422 interface board x
- - 109 builtin-fonts x x
- - Maximum of 4,5 Mb RAM x x
- - Manual, A5, typical OEM x x
-
- The memory expansion (SIMM's) is possibel only on the serail-interface board,
- not directly in the printer itself. On this board, 4 SIMM's of 1 Mb each
- can be placed, giving 4,5 Mb of RAM
-
- If anyone know/owns/has owned this printer or knows where these non-standard
- SIMM's can be purchased, please contact me. For instance, maybe you van mail
- me the adress/phone nr/fax nr of the supplier.
-
- This printer was intruduced about 2 years ago, late 1990, early 1991
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
