  13. Hello everyone,
  14. this is a short note to warn people against buying
  15. any of the Pro Audio products.  We have bought several
  16. of the Pro Audio Spectrum 16 sound cards and have found
  17. that they do not work if you have a pc connected to a 
  18. Novell Network.
  19.  
  20. More importantly if you try the latest windows drivers put
  21. on ftp.cica.indiana.edu, you will find that the PAS16
  22. will not boot up with these drivers.

  24. We have found that the PAS16 drivers clash with netx.com
  25.  
  26. We have also found that a tape drive cannot be connected
  27. to the SCSI port.  Apparently (heard this second hand) Trantor
  28. does not support tape drives connected to this interface.

  32. what an expensive waste of money, so do not follow us.

  34. Anyone that has been able to get the PAS16 to work with windows
  35. on a novell network with a WD8003E card please let me know how,
  36. however, it would appear to be a software clash and thus terminal.
