- I just thought I would put in my 2 cents worth about my experiences with
- Gateway's tech support so far...

- I called tech support yesterday morning and I got a real live tech after
- only 15 seconds of muzak. I had a number of problems (mostly the result
- of my fiddling as it turned out), and he was able to solve them,
- and put me on a disk mailing list for the new ATI drivers (which may fix
- the lines-missing-on-my-printer problem that I have). He also gave me a
- pile of helpful tips regarding the Telepath modem (setup strings, etc.).
