- In windows you can set it in the keyboard option of the control panel.

- In DOS you can use MODE command to change the keyboard speed. The command
- is like:
- MODE con rate=r delay=d
- where,
- r specifies the typematic interval time. Possible values are 1-32
- d specifies the auto-repeat start delay time. Possible values are 1-4.
- This option is available in DOS 5.0, I do not know if it is also available
- in previous ver. of DOS or not.
