  13. Hi...does anyone know how I can tell the kernel on 8.xx or 9.0 to
  14. only use 64MB out of 128MB RAM memory?  I've seen clues that this
  15. can be done, with no info on *how*.  I want to be able to directly
  16. access (via low-level assembler code) a *lot* of memory via
  17. absolute addressing and cannot, for various reasons, have it be 
  18. part of the kernel's mapped area.

  20. Oh yes, this would be for 9000/8xx and 9000/7xx.
